The Dalberger Ritterhölle is one of the characteristic steep slopes of the Nahe. Green slate, slate, and quartzite characterize the soil, while the southern exposure and up to 45% inclination create favorable ripening conditions. The altitude of up to 250 meters and the influence of the cool Hunsrück wind give the Rieslings a clear, fresh structure – a profile typical of the region.

In this package, you will receive three vintages of the VDP.ERSTEN LAGE® Dalberger Ritterhölle: 2014, 2015, and 2016 – each hand-picked and cultivated on 2.27 hectares. The Prinz Salm winery, one of Germany's oldest family wineries, combines its history since 1200 with modern, sustainable work. Organic since 1988, additionally Fair'n Green certified.

• 2014 is characterized by cooler weather; the vintage offers a taut, clear, and particularly mineral style.
• 2015 is warm, balanced, and extremely ripe – a vintage with richness, balance, and expressiveness.
