Product Information
ER4 Rosé Fleur de Miraval – Champagne
Single Vineyard Wine
Origin
The Fleur de Miraval ER4 is an exclusive joint project by Brad Pitt, the Perrin family, and Pierre Péters. The grapes come from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, especially from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, lending the champagne elegance, precision, and mineral depth.
Vinification
An assemblage of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, supplemented by a Réserve Perpétuelle (2007–2018) and older reserve wines. Vinification primarily in stainless steel, reserve wines in wood, without malolactic fermentation for maximum freshness. Followed by 36 months of lees aging.
Aroma and Taste
Fine aromatics of grapefruit, red citrus, and apple tart, complemented by lavender, nuts, and delicate spice. On the palate, it is taut, precise, and elegant, with saline minerality and fine effervescence. The finish is long, complex, and vibrant.
Food Pairings
Perfect as an apéritif or with scallops, lobster, and poultry. Also exciting with goat cheese or fruity desserts.
Vintage Characteristics in the Growing Region
The 2019 vintage yielded ripe, aromatically precise grapes with moderate acidity. Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, in particular, shows balance, structure, and great aging potential.
Conclusion
An iconic Rosé Champagne that combines elegance, innovation, and terroir. The Fleur de Miraval ER4 is strictly limited and highly rated internationally – a champagne with cult potential.
