keen sense of taste and craftsmanship know-how,
create unique drinks.

Timo&Co
is the big picture of the last 20 years of my gastronomic
Experiences. Every station, every chef, every sommelier and every wine,
that I drank contributes to this overall construct. I love
Food, I love wine, I love beer – and all other drinks.

What matters is the taste and that what you eat or drink
has a soul. It must be accompanied by an emotion. I want
no trivial mass products. It doesn't have to be anything extravagant,
but it should simply be good and real. That is enough – and yet it is
hard to find.

For this reason
I want to do it myself. Because only a few others do it. And because
that is worth it. I am happy about everyone who sees it the same way. These are
the people for whom I – and thus Timo&Co – can do something.
