Behind Timo & Co is Timo Weisheidinger , sommelier and creative mind behind non-alcoholic beverage accompaniments in fine dining. Known from the Lukas restaurant in Schärding , he has developed a fascinating range of pairings over the years – from tea and vegetable essences to his own creations. His Sparkling Teas & Fruits are produced in small batches, with artisanal craftsmanship and uncompromising purity. The goal: to create non-alcoholic beverages with the depth and complexity of a wine – honest, full of character, and full of emotion .

Expansion/production:

The base is quince juice (50%), complemented by verjuice (22%) for structure and freshness. Rosemary, ginger, and cardamom add a delicate spice to the juice before the drink acquires its elegant effervescence through natural carbonation and is then preserved by pasteurization. All ingredients are natural, without added flavorings or preservatives.
