Spirited wines from Spain's regions.

Spain as a wine country

Spain is one of the world's leading wine-producing nations, offering an enormous range of styles. At its heart lies the red grape variety Tempranillo, which produces its most renowned wines in Rioja and Ribera del Duero, often aged for extended periods in oak barrels. In the northwest, in Rías Baixas, fresh white wines are made from the Albariño grape. Catalonia is home to the Spanish sparkling wine Cava, traditionally produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. At Florian Fine Wine, we present Spanish wines that uniquely combine temperament and origin.

Which Spanish wine goes best with which dish?

Spanish red wines are the natural companions to a convivial meal. A mature Rioja pairs wonderfully with lamb and grilled meats, as well as a selection of tapas. A fresh Albariño complements fish and seafood particularly well. Cava is suitable as a festive aperitif or as an accompaniment to light snacks. In our wine descriptions, you will find suitable recommendations for each food pairing.
