Behind Timo & Co is sommelier Timo Weisheidinger , who has been known for years for his creative non-alcoholic beverage pairings in fine dining. The Sparkling Oolong & Chamomile is handcrafted in small batches , using only genuine ingredients and without added flavors, stabilizers, or preservatives. Timo sources the teas from select partners in Schärding, and the production takes place in Austria.

Expansion/production:

The base is an organic Milky Oolong , complemented by green tea, jasmine, elderflowers, and chamomile . Verjuice brings natural freshness and subtle acidity. After infusion, the drink is carbonated and allowed to rest for a short time to create a harmonious balance between fruit, blossoms, and tea flavors .

Aroma & Taste:

In the glass, it displays a soft orange color with natural cloudiness. The nose opens with ripe peach, dried blossoms, and elderflower , underscored by subtle minerality. On the palate, the fine perlage, floral notes of chamomile and lavender, and a light caramel spice from the oolong combine. Despite its density, the mouthfeel remains smooth, almost creamy , supported by precise acidity and elegant length.
