The winery Otronia located in Chubut Located in the far south of Patagonia, it is one of the southernmost quality wine projects in the world. Expansion
The grapes were selectively hand-read and gently pressed. Fermentation took place partly in stainless steel, partly in wooden barrelsto combine freshness and structure. The wine matured for several months on the fine lees, which enhanced its texture and complexity.
