The over 50-year-old Chardonnay vines roots deep in the pure Chalk floors, which give the wine its pronounced minerality, tension and elegance.

After bottle fermentation, the Champagne matures for several years on the lees. As Extra Brood When bottled, the dosage remains very low, allowing the terroir expression to emerge particularly clearly.
