The Monte Nostrum comes from the highest and coolest plots of the Kiedricher Berge, characterized by Phyllite slate and close proximity to the forest. This unique Cool Climate terroir ensures crystalline precision, finesse and tension.

Ausbau

Selective Hand-picking in several passes, spontaneous fermentation and aging over 12-18 months in double barrels. The result is Structure, depth and fine melting with maximum terroir expression.

Aroma and taste

On the nose Citrus, white peach and apple, plus floral notes, herbs and cool minerality. On the palate taut, silky and highly precise, with laser-like acidity and salty tension. The finale is long, elegant and energetic.
