Origin:

The 2022 Pinot Noir dry from Clemens Rosenkranz comes from Hochheim , in the eastern part of the Rheingau on the Main River. Unlike the classic Rhine vineyards, Hochheim offers deep soils of clay and limestone that reliably provide the vines with water and nutrients . The western part of the Hochheim vineyard, from which the grapes come, is characterized by a fertile soil layer with underlying limestone.
